5 year warranty means nothing to Perfect Projects - no honour As per many Google reviews read here, problem is similar. Purchased a property - seller gave workmanship warranty as proof of pool work done - dated July 2021. Natasha and Johan don't bother to answer calls (probably blocked) and ignore messages. The estate agent even called Natasha to follow up and she too has now been blocked - this is a company with questionable ethics and very poor morals.
