HAPPY CUSTOMER
Was concerned about purchasing WIFI extender product as done before, and had to return items as "dead spots" were not reached. Spoke to sales Aljeandro, and asked many many questions. They gave advice and options. Made a decision to buy a TENDA WHOLE MESH WIFI 2 PACK. Items ordered were delivered super fast and efficiently. Initially was not getting the set up as needed and wanted to return the goods. But then technical guy showed me all the workarounds to get this up and running perfectly. Jason was very patient, even providing step by step video set up to get this 100% for me. Well done guys

5 year warranty means nothing to Perfect Projects - no honour As per many Google reviews read here, problem is similar. Purchased a property - seller gave workmanship warranty as proof of pool work done - dated July 2021. Natasha and Johan don't bother to answer calls (probably blocked) and ignore messages. The estate agent even called Natasha to follow up and she too has now been blocked - this is a company with questionable ethics and very poor morals.

SHODDY SERVICE
Online order placed and paid for 20 Apr 2020. The sanitizers were cancelled by Makro – 21 Apr 2020 - when I placed and paid for the order stock was available – then I received communication to say that this was out of stock. It did not make sense to have the balance of a small little order plus a delivery fee as Makro did not manage the stock levels appropriately for the sanitizers. Hence why I told the person who called me (and who generated the a reference number (as supplied below) and refund the entire order). To date, after almost daily emails, and 3 subsequent calls from Makro, still no full refund (only part thereof).
