STAY CLEAR! SCAM SCAM!
For the love of all things holy DO NOT support this business! you will be sorry, absolute nightmare experience, Natasha will take your money but deliver on nothing, horrible workmanship on my pool, marbelite is stained and cracked, uneven messy paving, they charge absolute highest prices, they left a huge rubble and rubbish pile on my driveway which I had to get removed myself after countless ignored calls and empty promises. STAY CLEAR!!! shocking and disgraceful ethics!

Worst service ive come accross
Once they have your money ... Radio silence. Left with incomplete work and they have just disappeared! Anyone know where these people are based so i can attempt to get my money back?

If you ever come across Perfect Projects, Run.
We initially contacted Perfect Projects in order to fix a leak in our pool. The water was going down and bubbles were coming through the return valve. My suspicions were first aroused when, instead of checking my pool to confirm the comments I made regarding the issues I had with it, Natasha from Perfect Projects just took me at my word and claimed "It's the weir". I said "Ok, if you're sure". "Yes, it's the weir". They promised that they would arrive on Monday and never arrived. Tuesday they arrived and left their people digging up the garden and dumping our pool water into our flowerbeds. On another day they sent round one man, who was not collected for lunch, but abandoned from morning until 7pm that evening. I would constantly be asked if I was happy with the way something was working/operating and even asked if I thought they were operating correctly. They even told me that we should cancel our plans for a Saturday so that they could come and finalise repairs which they didn't do. I have never dealt with people so unprofessional and useless. The pool is leaking even worse now, and the installed weir has created a complete eyesore in our pool. Do not use these people and if you come across them, call the police. They stole the money we paid for repairs that were never completed.

Purchased a property - seller gave workmanship warranty as proof of pool work done - dated July 2021. Natasha and Johan don't bother to answer calls (probably blocked) and ignore messages. The estate agent even called Natasha to follow up and she too has now been blocked - this is a company with questionable ethics and very poor morals.

Say no to Perfect Project Roodepoort
Perfect Projects Westrand Person I dealt with Natasha In the beginning everything is all h7nky dory, let me assist, let me help you. Once it gets down to actually assisting professionally, bull**** This company will come to your house promising to provide the best service for an affordable price, we requested the pool motor to be moved and pool redone, however the motor has not been set up properly, the db box jist lays there, there are wires lying around, the bricks dont align, the pool had to be sanded down, which they did, miracle, but when it came to actually painting the pool, **** paint was used, it was not applied properly, there are bubbles forming all around due to the incorrect application. To complete the job with the clear coat, now we are expecting to pay upfront??? How are you even still in business with this business etiquette, i have been messaging constantly waiting for my gaurentee on the pool painting, to no end. This woman will blatantly ignore you for days if she feels to. Completely unprofessional, they do not feed or cater for their workers. They over work them which then provides a ****ty job done. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am a very patient peraon but to wait a month and a half for a completed job, bull****. The pool now has to be completely redone, money down the drain. Do not use them, they cut corners and take advantage.

Pool Renovations
I signed a contract with PP in August 21 to re-marbelite my pool which they did thent. Since then the marbelite has been constantly coming off blocking my hoses and the pool cleaner which has caused me to clean this equipment 4 times for it to operate properly. The clogging up of my filter sand newly inserted after the marbelite was completed, still has to be assessed. Despite several phone calls & msgs to the owner, there has been no meaningful response or commitment to resolve the problem by a certain date,

Unprofessional horrible service from scammers
Horrible unprofessional service. I paid these scammers in full as requested on invoice to renovate my pool. They left halfway through. When I tried to contact them, they refuse to take my call. I wish I never heard of these people. I had to get somebody else to finish the job and pay again.
