Very informative and thorough experience, and most importantly, successfully completed the process with clear understanding and explanation every step of the way!
From onset, communication, setting appointments, arrogant attitude...the worst I've come across in Benoni by far. No one responds to msgs, calls back and I can go on and on. Avoid at all costs!! Imagine being in contract how bad this company will be!? You don't even get to view the unit you enquire about and the agent gets annoyed if want to see it? Really?
Another organisation leaving the poor branch managers to solve problems Mazda are not willing to. Faceless organisation not interested in helping and just abdicates their sloppy service back to the customer's expense. Highly unimpressive!! Approx 15 months later and no resolve, feedback, or any level of care... Good vehicles, BUT I would not recommend dealing with Mazda South Africa, AVOID!!
The most useless and sloppy experience to date. After talking to 6 sales consultants, my order is still 6 days late, only half the product delivered, they say technical is available 24/7/365??? Been 3 days and cannot get through to technical. Give me a break, it takes effort to be this bad.
Wesbank do approx R7000 damage to my new vehicle, 3monthes down the road and they all shrug their shoulders and have done obsoletely nothing to even attempt resolving the issue...what a dog show...
Once they have your money ... Radio silence. Left with incomplete work and they have just disappeared! Anyone know where these people are based so i can attempt to get my money back?

Daniel at VOX instructs to cancel our old service? 5 weeks later i have no internet no installation done and all they can do is refer me to Frogfoot? If anyone at VOX cares about customer service, please get my connection at 952 kings road Shelly Beach resolved today. The tech keeps on wanting to reschedule the Job??? oh and on top of that, you pay for a 500meg line, and they still want you pay an installation fee?
Just absolutely pathetic, if someone at Frogfoot gives a **** to answer the phone, can they resolve my connection at 952 Kings road in Shelly Beach??????
