I was told that my package has been delivred but there was no one at the house to sign for it, no one to receive it, how was it delivered, you have given my package to some person. It is not like it is a complex and people can sign for it, this is a stand alone house. Where is my package! Tracking number: CR0003984080
I was told my delivery would take place within 5 working days, I then received a SMS stating that the delivery is delayed, no feedback for a week after that, only after i called i was advised it would be escalated for feedback, then a measly email was sent saying that there is issue with the supplier and a refund will take place, no further explanation, and a thank you for understanding. This is utter nonsense and horrible service. I could have gotten a call, or a heads up, now i need to look for another product with very little time due to Makro's *********** staff. Hi, I am hugely disappointed and agitated by ASBA’s service. I have been trying to get the debit order to be stopped on my vehicle profile, the car was written off on 23/09/2024 All insurance payments have been made, I am trying to be proactive to stop the debit that will be running on 20th Nov, but I cannot seem to get through to the shortfall claims department. My account should and is handed over to them to be settled however the vehicle finance department says that my debit will run again this month which is stupid as the payments have been made but will take however long to be allocated. I was already debited incorrectly on the 20th Oct and now it will happen again 20th Nov. I want this to be stopped, I want the debit that was run in oct to be reversed, I cannot stress this enough. We bought a package for 2 Hauwei nova Y9a phone With a R300 cover each, this cover didn't do ****. It's plastic **** they put on and the screen scracked. Had it been glass, my screen would be fine. Vodacom South Gate has robbed us, giving false plastic **** that costs R50. I am so disappointed in this ****. I have been a Vodacom Loyal customer since I was a teenager. For 20 years I have been loyal and this **** made me sick

Once it gets down to actually assisting professionally, bull**** This company will come to your house promising to provide the best service for an affordable price, we requested the pool motor to be moved and pool redone, however the motor has not been set up properly, the db box jist lays there, there are wires lying around, the bricks dont align, the pool had to be sanded down, which they did, miracle, but when it came to actually painting the pool, **** paint was used, it was not applied properly, there are bubbles forming all around due to the incorrect application. To complete the job with the clear coat, now we are expecting to pay upfront??? How are you even still in business with this business etiquette, i have been messaging constantly waiting for my gaurentee on the pool painting, to no end. This woman will blatantly ignore you for days if she feels to. Completely unprofessional, they do not feed or cater for their workers. They over work them which then provides a ****ty job done. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am a very patient peraon but to wait a month and a half for a completed job, bull****. The pool now has to be completely redone, money down the drain. Do not use them, they cut corners and take advantage.
I requested delivery for a special occasion, Valentines Day. No call was made to myself to advise why the package was not delivered. Not any messages received. No one requesting further instruction if the receiver was not available. This service has really disappointed me and i will never use Netflorist again after this.
Horrible service, I get an email to cancel the tracker on my car and i still get debited. This is ridiculous, i want those funds reversed, i got debited twice on the 1st April 2021 R309 +- I need this reversed ASAP. Keagan Cannel
I would not suggest staying here one bit! I tried to cancel my reservation due to medical reasons and was advised I'm not getting any refund what so ever. Will definately let Carte Blanche know about the false advertising. Looking at the previous reviews of this place, it seems like a **** hole in any case. DO NOT STAY HERE
<p>I have actually never ever experienced such horrible service from a company. They have made my first time moving out to be a complete and utter bull**** experience. From day one there was lack of communication except when it came to paying them money. When it comes to getting my money back, they have suddendly made all kinds of excuses. First it was oh we will have your deposit returned within 7-10 working days, which I patiently waited for. When I emailed again to find out the dates I was told ON or BEFORE the 14th February 2017. I called on the 14th of February to be told that the finance department was in meetings all day, eventually I got through to Marchelle, she advised me that she will speak to the finance department and find out if my deposit was part of the payment run and that she will let me know in the morning being 15th February 2017</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 11:32 and no response to my emails, no response to my calls. I was again told that she will be in meetings all day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to have this sorted! I will be going to the Obudsman if I do not receive my Deposit ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
