So many promises but no action - Poor service and poor product

In 2013 Perfect Slate painted the roof of my mom's house. It looked great after they did it, BUT has faded at a rapid rate to an extreme extend that we contacted the company beginning of this year. Gift from Perfect Slate came to inspect the roof and agreed that it should not have faded the way it has and agreed that it needs to be repainted free of charge as part of their guarantee. Unfortunately since then, they keep saying that they will come and redo the work, make appointments to repaint the roof but never pitch. Then when we contact them they promise that they will come by making a new appointment but yet still no action. So many appointments yet not one honoured nor even a phone call to inform if there is a problem and to reschedule.

The CEO Bambo Shongwe was also contacted and fully aware of the situation and also said that it will be sorted.... Still this has not been addressed even after all the promises.
