I ordered perfumes on the 25th of February and to date i haven't received them. They're ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages!! R1 138 is aa lot of money just to be ignored like this. I want my perfumes or my money back. Ricky from perfumology is busy on social media responding to people who ordered after me but he's ignoring my messages.

I ordered perfume on the 25th February 2026, and till this day I still haven't recieved my tracking number for my order. Emails go unanswered... I don't believe this makes for good business if clients have to wait this long for their orders

Ordering process was smooth and quick BUT when it comes to the actual perfumes the quality is really bad. I should have done a bit more research because if any place claims to sell over 600+ fragrances then you have to know the quality won’t be good. The initial scent on the smell absolutely nothing like what it’s supposedly inspired by and the lasting power is weak. Rather save up and buy original, and don’t fall for their crazy specials (clearly they’re trying to get rid of stock).

Already out of SLA. 1 working day for processessing then 2 for delivery. Tracking order not updated. Then its not found when searching it on the site. Seems I might be ****med by a company with a big marketing team. Seems I'm going to have to ask the bank for my money back.
