Bought a bundle of perfumes ×3 100ml. Only 2 bottles were delivered. Communication from them is not satisfactory. I am the one who contacts,they are not communicating with me.
Good afternoon Yesterday(16/03/2022) i won a Vodacom shake of which is when you recharge with R10 you i will be rewarded with 100mb which will expire midnight. Up until today (17/03/2022) i havent received any.Have been trying to call Vodacom Customer Service with no luck.Now my question is ,is vodacom taking us for a ride?I recharged my account because of that promise .Please assist with that because i could hve done something else with my money. I am starting to have doubt that people are winning mobile phones and vehicles.or maybe they are taking advantage of us Please help
I still don't understand why a big and reputable company runs a competition that is so unfair.Do you honestly expect any customer would keep a receipt for a juice to redeem a price?Its not even stated on your competition rules and regulations,making the entire promotion run unfair.The way it is being handled by the participating stores it leaves so much room for litigation,which I am considering.I have spent money to go and claim my prize in vain due to false advertisement on the promo or incompetence of those stores.I did not only spend money for transport,but airtime to claim the prize and time I can never regain.I expect a response to my complain soon<br> <br> Ivan
