Never get hold of their support guys and when you submit a support ticket no feedback gets given been having internet connective issues for more than a week pay alot of money for internet that does not work and the staff is not very helpful I currently have. A 10 Meg line and the max I am getting is 2mb per second and all they say is the line is contended but yet we pay the full amount for a 10 Meg line package horrible service
