ISpot is the WORST service provider I’ve dealt with!
What a pathetic service provider!!! There surely is a law on these type of things. No internet 50% of the time yet I’ve been paying them for years! Spoke to Dave who said he is the owner and what an absolute pathetic response he has gave. I would NEVER suggest this service and unfortunately, it’s such a mission to change but it’s probably the best decision to make! Please Google iSpot and you will find his details but expect NOTHING to be done!

Worst internet provider.
If giving them a negative star was possible i would do so. The service is absolutely pathetic. I constantly have no internet connection and given lame excuses as to why i don't, the new excuse is due to load shedding or power outage as the base ,i live in the same area as the base and i don't have such issues so how would that be the reason ? I have contacted the admin numerous times with my complaints and i didn't receive any sort of help , i had even emailed the manger Dave ,four months ago and i didn't receive any sort of help. Ispot is all round the worst internet provider. Don't believe the good reviews on google ,i have come to learn the employees are the one to type them ,example Johan. Stay far away from this company, it's not worth the hassle.

Bad Service
The are not even worth a single star. Pathetic service, every month they have shaped me down to where I am now, not worth the money I spend every month. Can't stream after 20:00 every night and maximum download speed 1.2Mbs

Bad Service

Pathetic service
I work for a company who uses ispot. This is the most pathetic service provider ever. We are always having endless internet problems, we have numerous staff that are unable to work, plus when we contact ispot they do not assist and their agents drop the calls whilst we are explaining our internet issue.

Pathetic service
I work for a company who uses ispot. This is the most pathetic service provider ever. We are always having endless internet problems, we have numerous staff that are unable to work, plus when we contact ispot they do not assist and their agents drop the calls whilst we are explaining our internet issue.

ISPORT terrible service
Called the support center for assistance and didn't receive any assistance at all. No one called back to assist our business. I will never recommend isport to any business. our business is not functioning at its fully capacity due to lack of internet.

Pathetic service
We have been experiencing internet issues for the pass 2 weeks with this internet provider (ISPOT) Upon calling them a very rude consultant had said they are very busy and hung up on us. They are the worst service provider ever as we have had endless trouble with them and its been affecting our business which depends on the internet. I definitely would not recommend them to anybody especially not business owners.

Never get hold of their support guys and when you submit a support ticket no feedback gets given been having internet connective issues for more than a week pay alot of money for internet that does not work and the staff is not very helpful I currently have. A 10 Meg line and the max I am getting is 2mb per second and all they say is the line is contended but yet we pay the full amount for a 10 Meg line package horrible service
