Never get hold of their support guys and when you submit a support ticket no feedback gets given been having internet connective issues for more than a week pay alot of money for internet that does not work and the staff is not very helpful I currently have. A 10 Meg line and the max I am getting is 2mb per second and all they say is the line is contended but yet we pay the full amount for a 10 Meg line package horrible service

Worst internet service provider
This is the worst service ever we received our package on Friday the 20th of December 2019 and we have no internet connection since then i have tried to call michelle from sonic wireless and she does not answer her cellphone and the landline only rings worst service ever i would not recommend them as a internet supplier.
