I am really disappointed with the quality of service I've received. I purchased 3 box of milk and it was off as soon as I opened them and when I did complain to Mandy, I was told I would be refunded but it has been 2 week and I still have not received my money, I have been buying this milk for years and this poor service has put me off the brand forever. According to customer service it has deposited the money yet they refuse to provide proof of payment and no money has been received till date
If giving them a negative star was possible i would do so. The service is absolutely pathetic. I constantly have no internet connection and given lame excuses as to why i don't, the new excuse is due to load shedding or power outage as the base ,i live in the same area as the base and i don't have such issues so how would that be the reason ? I have contacted the admin numerous times with my complaints and i didn't receive any sort of help , i had even emailed the manger Dave ,four months ago and i didn't receive any sort of help. Ispot is all round the worst internet provider. Don't believe the good reviews on google ,i have come to learn the employees are the one to type them ,example Johan. Stay far away from this company, it's not worth the hassle.
