Moving into my new apartment, I have found the toilet could not flush on Saturday. Several attempts to get the agent to have the matter sorted still did not bring resolve on Thursday. Having had a back operation in late February I cannot bend or carry heavy things, but was forced to carry buckets of water to flush the toilet. A dear friend also an agent mentioned my predicament to Ash from Pesttech, who also did the full COC inspection at my previous home. He immediately arranged a plumber to assist. What a wonderfull experience! Leba introduced himself and immediatly resolved the problem. He was friendly and left the area clean and wished me well.There are still angles among us!
