INCORRECT ON SEVERAL LEVELS

Not sure how they were able to get this order completely wrong? Not only did I not received what I have ordered but I also did not receive the correct quantity of product. Still waiting for their explanation and need a solution ASAP!

What I received : 1x Lekker Barkery Ostrich Mini Round Bites - Value Pack - 350g 3 x Lekker Barkery Ostrich Mini Round Bites - Value Pack - 100g
