3 Months of broken promises and lies!

If I could give zero starts I could. Same story, different ****med customer. I wish I read reviews, before I supported this "business". Their basic MO seems to be offering products that are not in stock and that can not be procured anymore. Then it takes MONTHS to get a refund processed - if you are lucky! In my case it has now been 3 months of broken promises and I am still out of pocket.

I communicated with the owner on WhatsApp and have been repeatedly promised that I would get my refund "immediately" and "by the next business day". At what point can I start calling this theft?!

Guess I will find out now as I am handing this over to lawyers, as I am fed up and desperate.

FOR GOD SAKE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
