My experience with PetGeez was very bad. I placed an order and it reflected on their order tracking portal as ‘currently processing’ for 6 months! Eventually I asked them to fulfil my order immediately or refund (R1674). They said they didn’t have stock so I asked for a refund. They said they would. But it took 3 different attempts over almost a month to do the refund. The first one ‘bounced’ and I had to get in touch with PetGeez’s bank Bidvest, the second one didn’t come through either then finally the third one did. I’ve never not been able to transfer money between banks before – something very much does not seem normal. I was always the one following up.
Allowing a customers order to sit ‘processing’ for 6 months without taking action is very strange. I don’t think this company is serious.
