Terrible experience with PetGeez. Placed an order on Oct 30 2024. Their website order tracking portal shows the order is 'currently processing' - FOR SIX MONTHS?! No communications with the customer? I don't know if they're a **** or just thoroughly disorganised. The order tracking system seems quite honest, and they have a lot of advertising on google where they pay for every lead/click - but surely your goal is to fulfil customer orders quickly and gain repeat business? You go to all the expense to gain a new lead and a new customer and you chase them away by not fulfilling orders! Or are you a **** and you just take one order where you can and run away with the money? I look forward to hearing from you. Since you've already had 6 months to complete this order I expect this resolved by the end of this week - order at my doorstep or refund IN my account - none of the run-around I see here on your reviews where you promise refunds and months later haven't given them.
