I entrusted my 2 cats (first children) to this company to fly my cats from Cape Town to Durban. We had to plan well so that they will not be upset by the movers thus asked for boarding first before the flight. Firstly, a phone call to say they cant make the asked day. I insisted. Then once they left, I had no communication as to how they are or if they are ok. I have told the owner that I am very attached to them and they are 11 years old already. No reply. Except for 1 whatsapp voice message saying the one cat drinks too much water and might have medical issues. Then after our arrival im Durban I asked when our cats will arrive. It was planned for the day after our arrival. More excuses that she cant find her agent at our side. Then another day later...the agent she found wanted to charge extra and will I be willing to fetch them from the airport. I planned accordingly and when I asked for the flight details was told she already asked a friend to bring then the next day. So 3 days later my cats arrived. Very sad, frustrated and boxed in. It took me 2 weeks to calm them down. All of a sudden, Im flooded with messages to ask how my "babies" are doing. Im sorry. If this company is known for overseas flights I very worried about the wellbeing of the pets.
