Pets Jewels SA scammers??

I purchased earrings from Pets Jewels SA, online, on the 5 May 2020.Shortly thereafter I received a confirmation email from them of the purchase, the order number, and a contact email address for queries.

As I have not heard from them at all after the initial (automated) e-mail I started inquiring regarding my purchase. I received the same response as other comments on this platform.

I have serious doubts as to the legitimacy of the company, even more so as they are not bothering to respond to HelloPeter reviews as well.

I will be doing everything in my power to have the charges reversed.
