PETZONE ATTENBURY- Shame on you!
1 October: I returned an unopened/unused Item to Petzone Attenbury, with my receipt and within 14 Days of purchase. (All in line with the return policy online)
I was then told they cannot refund me my money because it is a large amount (R1900) and I need to wait 7 - 14 Days. (No where on the return policy does it state that a customer must wait any amount of time for a refund)
17 October: I follow up on my refund. Only to be told by the cashier that I need to wait a further 7 -14 days and they sorry for inconvenience)
I have asked to speak to the manager of the store and this is apparently not possible?
Does anyone have any advice on how to get my money back? Do I open a case of theft against them?
