PETZONE ATTENBURY- Shame on you! 1 October: I returned an unopened/unused Item to Petzone Attenbury, with my receipt and within 14 Days of purchase. (All in line with the return policy online) I was then told they cannot refund me my money because it is a large amount (R1900) and I need to wait 7 - 14 Days. (No where on the return policy does it state that a customer must wait any amount of time for a refund) 17 October: I follow up on my refund. Only to be told by the cashier that I need to wait a further 7 -14 days and they sorry for inconvenience) I have asked to speak to the manager of the store and this is apparently not possible? Does anyone have any advice on how to get my money back? Do I open a case of theft against them? Thank you
Absolute Worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son enrolled in the school to do his Grade 12. we have received no login details. This is his 4th day without schooling. I paid school fees for the entire year! No one answers the phone No one responds to emails No one cares. I want this escalated immediately.
