Am happy the way i got help from pfs finance at first i was scare of the upfront payment but after i call the landline and visited their website i paid within 24hrs the loan was in my account and i was given the grace of 2month's before the first debit order thank you pfs finance

Hallo Peter, I am miss Nxumalo Ntombeziningi I have been paying this company so called professional finance solutions. I paid them from last year August then finished this year early but they never removed me from debt review, they don’t communicate actually they just eat your money then keep quiet. I regret myself why I chose this company the way they are useless and lazy .Please people stay away from PROFESSIONAL FINANCE SOLUTIONS if you want no stress I wouldn’t recommend this company even to my enemies

Hallo Peter, I am miss Nxumalo Ntombeziningi I have been paying this company so called professional finance solutions. I paid them from last year August then finished this year early but they never removed me from debt review, they don’t communicate actually they just eat your money then keep quiet. I regret myself why I chose this company the way they are useless and lazy .Please people stay away from PROFESSIONAL FINANCE SOLUTIONS if you want no stress I wouldn’t recommend this company even to my enemies

i app**** for a loan with PFS Finance and within hours i was approved. i was asked to pay an upront fee of R4500 At first was a bit scared but after calling the Landline and speaking with the Manager, i felt assured and went ahead with the payment.i was very happy when the loan was transferred to my account and the upfront fee i paid was also refunded to me.

I am a first time home buyer and MR Lee Groenewald contacted me today with regards to the necessary insurace required. He was extremly profecional,thorough and took the time to answer all the questions i had. I highly recomend dealing with this gentleman for all your related queries!

A Certain Miss Sue-Ellen Litlhakanyane, who is a Hollard client with underwriting executed by All about brokers (UMA) (PFS financial services) PFS00002565 bumped into the back of my vehicle on the 13.11.2015 @ 20:40pm, in johannesburg corner Rupublic and Main road. We then went to the Randburg police station where we reported the accident and was issued with the accident report number: OB:910/11/2015. I have since decided to do a Third Party claim with her insurer as she was at fault and was liable for payment. i am now in a predicament that her insurer's underwriter (PFS financial services) is refusing to honor their fiduciary duty in restoring my vehicle back to how it was before the accident. i have indicated to my insurer Outsurance that i do not intend in claiming against my policy and will do a third party claim, i received an email from Mr Craig Michel stating that i should not contact his staff and should contact outsurance in resolving my claim. i believe this company is trying to neglect their responsibility.

I have logged a 3rd party claim with PFS insurance 2 September 2015. Their client hit my partner's car from behind. He immediately acknowledged that he was in the wrong and provided us with his insurance details. As for the insurance we had received very bad response and still am. They took their time to finalise the claim and now they expect us to wait another 21 days before they pay out. I have requested Management's contact details and 'to my surprise' NO RESPONSE. I have also send emails to the complaints department, received read receipts and guess what - NO RESPONSE!!!! Remind me never to take insurance with them. Their client pay monthly premiums for 3rd party cover, in return I am sure he is expecting better service than this. How much of their time will it take to make a payment, why on earth do they want to inconvenience us for another 21 days? Really pathetic.....
