Rude and Poor customer service!!

RUDE!!

At first I thought "What a nice guy and great customer service" as I called after hours.

Then this morning i went back on the add to look at my next car and Julian gave me a call to confirm the car was still there the price has been increased by 10k

Questioned that and was told very rudely that "nobody is oerfect and that was a mistake and price would remain the same"

And phone was out diwn in my ear after a " okay bye"

Not impressed and glad I had not ourchased the vehicle, imagine driving all the way from Edenvake to Roodepoort and find out it has veen increased

Poor customer service and RUDE
