I am extremely disappointed with Discovery Insure’s service.
I cancelled my policy i followed the correct cancellation process and received confirmation that the policy was no longer active. Despite this, Discovery has continued to deduct money from my bank account after the cancellation date.
Also Phakama told me via email that I have received my refund even though i haven't. This is unacceptable. Once a policy is cancelled, no further deductions should be made. I have now had to spend additional time and effort trying to resolve something that should never have happened in the first place.
I expect an immediate refund of all amounts deducted after cancellation, written confirmation that my policy is fully cancelled and assurance that no further debits will be made
This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it raises serious concerns about Discovery Insurer's billing and cancellation processes.
I hope Discovery addresses this matter urgently and improves how they handle cancellations and customer accounts.
