Im am so so furious with this Discovery Funeral Plan. My husband took out this plan many years ago and passed away last year October. The plan was for him, myself and my daughter. The one year premium waiver is nearly over and the only thing Ive managed to do was to change the banking debit order details so I can continue with the Policy.. I have been trying for months to get my updated policy from them but got told they can not email the policy to me only to my husbands email... HE PASSED ON WHAT PART CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!! IVE TAKEN OVER THE POLICY!!!!!! I need my copy of policy asap or I WILL cancel this !!!!!!!!!!
