Im am so so furious with this Discovery Funeral Plan. My husband took out this plan many years ago and passed away last year October. The plan was for him, myself and my daughter. The one year premium waiver is nearly over and the only thing Ive managed to do was to change the banking debit order details so I can continue with the Policy.. I have been trying for months to get my updated policy from them but got told they can not email the policy to me only to my husbands email... HE PASSED ON WHAT PART CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!! IVE TAKEN OVER THE POLICY!!!!!! I need my copy of policy asap or I WILL cancel this !!!!!!!!!!

Everytime we get loadshedding in our area we are without wifi for half a day. Sometimes even a full day. When you phone or message vumatel the only answer they ever give you is that they are experiencing a outage in the area. So fix the blerrie problem or you will loose alot of customers very soon.
As a new customer I feel disgusted with the service received from this company... I get the feeling that they only sweet talk you until you sign the paperwork for wifi.. After that they just dont give a **** about your stories. Before ordering from metrofibre i checked all the Hello peter reviews and it was eye catching to see so many people complaint about outstanding routers and network failure... I thought i would look pass this and order from them... Well well... when my husband was on the phone with Janine Du Preez from metro fibre, my husband asked her about the router delay, she promised that they do have routers in stock and that wont be the delayed, well vumatel installed their system on the 5th and my husband sent her a mail to ask about the wireless router and when the router will be delivered. She replied back via mail that she will forward his mail to the orders department. To date still no phonecall or mail to explain the waiting period on the routers... My husband had to mail again but with no reply. I feel that this is not the type of service I need, and I also feel that everything can just go from bad to worst in a split second. I should have trusted my gut. Shame on you metrofibre... You still gone loose alot of new customers
