We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Unfortunately, the EFT payment reference on our Phakama bank statement did not match the system-generated reference and was therefore not automatically picked up for allocation to the policy. As a result, the payment required manual investigation and linking, which took slightly longer than usual. We appreciate that you contacted our administration department, as this enabled us to resolve the matter promptly, and the successful allocation of the payment was confirmed to you in writing via email.
