After almost 3 years of supiorting this business, I received the worst possible client service. I kindly asked Louise (the dispenser) if I can pay exactly 2 days before time because ciurier takes 2 days to my city. When I foundbout itnhasnt been shipped on Wednesday, I immediately contacted Louise the dispenser and ask why that. Trying to explain myself, I wanted to say "dit vat 2 volle dae" but, just like humans do, I accidentally "dit vat 2 vokke dae". Louise immediately scolded me via email, was so unprofessional as I tried to explain & apologize for my typo and on the phone she acted very childish, not professional, not the professionalism I was used to coming from Pharmacynet. Louise suggested that if I dont want to do business with her, I can talk to head office. Pharmacynet does not want the best for their clients, not treat them with respect. The dispenser has no sense of human interaction and is too childish to work in an environment where there is alot with people. Pharmacynet, I hope you can look into the matter. I do have the e-mail conversation between Louise if you want to take a look for yourself. This is utmost disappointing, trying to explain my typo mistake but getting yelled at by Louise. I will rethink my decision to ever buy at Pharmacynet in the future!
