After almost 3 years of supiorting this business, I received the worst possible client service. I kindly asked Louise (the dispenser) if I can pay exactly 2 days before time because ciurier takes 2 days to my city. When I foundbout itnhasnt been shipped on Wednesday, I immediately contacted Louise the dispenser and ask why that. Trying to explain myself, I wanted to say "dit vat 2 volle dae" but, just like humans do, I accidentally "dit vat 2 vokke dae". Louise immediately scolded me via email, was so unprofessional as I tried to explain & apologize for my typo and on the phone she acted very childish, not professional, not the professionalism I was used to coming from Pharmacynet. Louise suggested that if I dont want to do business with her, I can talk to head office. Pharmacynet does not want the best for their clients, not treat them with respect. The dispenser has no sense of human interaction and is too childish to work in an environment where there is alot with people. Pharmacynet, I hope you can look into the matter. I do have the e-mail conversation between Louise if you want to take a look for yourself. This is utmost disappointing, trying to explain my typo mistake but getting yelled at by Louise. I will rethink my decision to ever buy at Pharmacynet in the future!
I deposited money into my Luno wallet for the first time, and accidently used the wrong reference for the receiver (Luno). I have emailed them multiple times all the documents they have requested to correct this mistake. It has been almost a week after I have correspondence days with them and they still haven't corrected neither won't respond to my emails anymore, nor give me a number to call. Absolutely pathetic customer care, it is tough financial times we live in, be careful if you want to invest through Luno!!
I had a personal loan account at FNB. I settled the full amount the date before the debit order would go off again. On the following day, the debit order still wothdrew money for the personal loan. I emailed the Personal Loans Department of FNB and a refund was made, but by their mistake they made the refund twice. Now, according to FNB, I am liable to pay back the one doubled refund. This is absolutely unacceptable seemingly it was FNB's mistake. I will not pay for FNB's mistake, they are liable for their own mistake. The client service over the phone from the Personal Loans department was pathetic. I will not pay for FNB's mistake that is not part of the contract. I would advice viewers to rather search for a better bank when in need of a loan!
The client service is pathetic! There is no feedback with regard to my faulty GHD gold plated straightning iron, and I need my straightner! I had a Veaudry straightner which worked perfectly for 8 years. My first GhD worked a few months and broke while under warranty. My GhD got replaced with a second iron which also worked a few months. The iron is STILL under warranty and the service from GHD is dissapointing, for how expensive their products are you'd expect much better service! If you won't replace my iron, consider making better quality products then!
I bought a GHD gold plated mega straightning iron and to my disappointment it broke while still under warranty. It got replaced by the same iron, but broke again while still under warranty. The problem is when I switch on my straightner, it won't come on. Now, GHD is refusing to replace my straightner while still under warranty. Maybe you should make products that is actually worth the money.
