An on-line order which was placed on the 4th October 2024 on order number 309211 with Pharmacy.net (166 Nelson Mandela Drive, Bloemfontein, 9301). A follow up email dated 10th October 2024 was sent to Pharmacy.net, however no response has been received as yet. The product purchased is known as “Omnifix” 1 Elastic (10cm x 10cm 900603) at R147.95 plus delivery, which was paid for by credit card. The company has not acknowledged receipt of the order or responded to my follow up email dated 10th October 2024. I would advise customers to be careful before placing any on line orders with them.

I’ve made an online order on the 3rd October and paid for it same time. I haven’t heard from them since, I’ve sent them an email enquiring about my order since I haven’t received any communication, my email was not answered. I need my products ASAP

After almost 3 years of supiorting this business, I received the worst possible client service. I kindly asked Louise (the dispenser) if I can pay exactly 2 days before time because ciurier takes 2 days to my city. When I foundbout itnhasnt been shipped on Wednesday, I immediately contacted Louise the dispenser and ask why that. Trying to explain myself, I wanted to say "dit vat 2 volle dae" but, just like humans do, I accidentally "dit vat 2 vokke dae". Louise immediately scolded me via email, was so unprofessional as I tried to explain & apologize for my typo and on the phone she acted very childish, not professional, not the professionalism I was used to coming from Pharmacynet. Louise suggested that if I dont want to do business with her, I can talk to head office. Pharmacynet does not want the best for their clients, not treat them with respect. The dispenser has no sense of human interaction and is too childish to work in an environment where there is alot with people. Pharmacynet, I hope you can look into the matter. I do have the e-mail conversation between Louise if you want to take a look for yourself. This is utmost disappointing, trying to explain my typo mistake but getting yelled at by Louise. I will rethink my decision to ever buy at Pharmacynet in the future!

I used to go to physical stores like Clicks to get my medication, but it was becoming nearly impossible. They are so slow processing my prescription. They also demand that I give them my doctor's original script for my high schedule thyroid medication. It is so annoying. They are always trying to poke holes in me, getting me to jump through hoops just to get my meds every month. Since Pharmacy net also has the basics like GenPayne and sleeping medication, I never have to go to those dreadful inperson places again! I love it. My only gripe is that the delivery takes a long time even though I live in Capetown. They are based in Bloem.

I placed two orders on pharmacynet.co.za for essential products on the 6th April 2020. This was my first order and interaction with them. Pharmacynet.co.za contacted me to let me know they were out of stock for the products I ordered. I thought this must be a scam but they requested my bank details and the total amount of both orders, R1613.10 was deposited into my bank account. I truly appreciate their honesty. It is clear their company holds high standard of business ethics.

Phaarmacynet cancelled my order after payment was made and did not tell me. after i am trying to follow up, the rudely suggested that they sent me an email and thats that. When i enquired with wirecard, their payment gateway, they were also very rude and insist that the refund was done but they have no proof that it was done. when i triple checked with my bank, they said, (recorded phonecalls through out) that the funds were still sitting in pending queue, until 4 days later when it was actually released to Pharmacynet, the bank had no signal or Authorization for a refund and now they are refusing to return my money. bunch of thieves! i will be posting the communication and phonecall recordings as well as the fraud case number and the CGSO refrence number
