MFC is exploiting their customers I made an arrangement with then via email and they never responded however they decided to do send me a msg Wednesday saying they will deduct 2130 as agreed of which its a lie I never agreed to that amount nor made any arrangement of such amount upon calling them the consultant said the arrangement was made telephonically and that is naked lie too no one from MFC called me I requested a copy of the call but never received it their customer care is awful I was on call for an hour with no help

I am so disappointed by the type of service I received from Woolworths I placed an online order on the 31st July even today my order hasn't arrived last week I was told that my parcel has been delivered to another customer and they will rearrange delivery within 2 days but nothing.. infact I am so disgusted.. Refund my money
Last night I went to Casualty as I was very very sick been to different drs for the past few weeks but nothing is helping as I was diagnosed with gall stones to my surprise OnePlan consultant didn't authorise my casualty consultation because my BP was normal yet the Dr suggested that im admitted for further investigations after examining me.. I am really disappointed with the service I received from One Plan since when does a person has to have high BP for One plan to see how serious is the condition this is totally unacceptable even now I am at home feeling helpless whilst I pay for the insurance

Im starting to doubt this health insurance when it comes to paying hospital bills its been 3 months my bill has not been settled ,should I be worried as a member
Im so disappointed with this courier company my package was shipped on the 6th of July and reached on the 11th but even today I haven’t received my parcel they telling me stories about their 3rd party whom is unreliable they have kept my parcel for more than 3 weeks
I ordered on the 4th of July even today I haven’t received my products I have been begging them to refund me or ship another order by a different courier but no luck I want my money
