Ordered a bracelet and when I received shipping info,I noticed that it is from China. I went onto Temu and saw the exact bracelet for literally 6x cheaper. Photo Jewellery even used Temu’s photos. When I raised my concern about the china product,she admitted it. Now i cant get my refund

I ordered jewellery from this website on 9 October 2025, trusting it because it uses a .co.za domain and claims to ship locally through Fastway with delivery in 6 to 10 working days. After waiting far longer than promised, I contacted support and discovered that my order was actually being fulfilled by a supplier in China. The company admitted this only after I questioned the **** tracking information. They continue to advertise as if they are a South African business offering local delivery, which is false and misleading. It has now been over 3 weeks, and I have no product and no real delivery update. This operation is not transparent, and their website hides the fact that they are simply reselling cheap overseas products through a dropshipping arrangement. Warning to other South Africans: this business is not legitimate, and the local domain is used purely to mislead buyers into thinking they are supporting a local brand. I would like a full refund and urge others to avoid being taken in by this kind of deception.

I paid for a necklace 21 June 2025...over a month later still have not received the item ordered. They have endless excuses why they can't refund or deliver. Very definitely a **** to take your money, Be warned

If i could rate this zero i would. My order is late no communication or updates from them. As Anna emailed me back and told me the order is not made i requested a refund. Suddenly the order is being made and no refund can be delivered. Absolute bull**** service

I was initially drawn in by the appealing presentation and claims of quality, but after some investigation, it's clear that this company is not locally sourced as suggested. The products are actually shipped from China and are identical to items sold on platforms like Shein and Temu — but with an inflated markup of nearly 700%. It's disappointing to see such a significant price increase for products that can easily be found elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. In particular, the photo jewelry is especially misleading and of noticeably poor quality. I strongly recommend avoiding it altogether. Transparency and honesty in branding matter, and unfortunately, this experience didn't live up to those expectations.

I ordered online and 10 days later I received an email from China (Buffalo) to let me know my order has reached customs. I emailed Photo Jewelry and asked them if this was a Shein or Temu product, upon which they responded: Hi Maryke, We work with private suppliers in China and we also work with the best shipping companies to ensure 6-8 working days delivery. All our products are quality checked and hopefully our service will be worth our price. We can’t ship from the South Africa as there are no suppliers here who can make our custom products. Your order is now on its way to you. Here is your tracking number: UK163948010YP Our shipping times are 6-10 days. Thank You, Anna Photo Jewellery I received my order today and the quality is not great, the links between the charms are also uneven numbers and looks off. I have emailed them and will wait for their response but be wary, this may very well be a product from Shein or Temu with a huge mark up. The quality is no different. I saw the designs on both Shein and Temu apps.

Shocking service ordered a chain for my daughter on the 8th March 2025. Until today I still have not received it. This Anne is not very helpful Keeps saying it’s in the way. How do I know if they ****mers or not. I paid 658 for the chain and nothing. How do I figure out what to do next. This is totally unacceptable and the tracking number says not found. I’m Highly angry 😡 about this. Is there site all nonsense. Plse help with this
