Ordered a bracelet and when I received shipping info,I noticed that it is from China. I went onto Temu and saw the exact bracelet for literally 6x cheaper. Photo Jewellery even used Temu’s photos. When I raised my concern about the china product,she admitted it. Now i cant get my refund
1. My wife took my vehicle in for a service at NMI Toyota Menlyn Maine. The service advisor asked my wife if they should do wheel alignment and balancing, she said she is unsure, but they must phone me to confirm (I was not aware of this). This weekend on the long road, I still felt the shutter and my wife asked in amazement "did the lady not phone you to ask to do this". I havent received such a phone call.2. I phoned and asked to speak to the service advisor and asked if the vehicle is ready for collection, since my wife has to pick up our kids from school. She said she think the car is in the wash bay, but will quickly confirm and call me back. This never happened. After more than an hour, I phone again to follow up whether we can collect the car, she said "yes the car has been ready for collection a while ago already" 3. I asked to check the whistling sound from engine and conclusion was that turbo needs replacement. I have MySure warrantee and submitted a claim. As part of the claims process, they require a full service history, quote and fault report. I mailed the service advisor (rep**** to the quote and fault report) asking for the service history, still waiting for her to send it to me. I then phoned and the lady at service reception sent it to me within 2 minutes of asking for this.MySure then liaised with the service advisor and asked her for a photo of the license disk and KM reading. I immediately mailed this to her. 48hours later I phoned MySure to follow up on progress and they said they are still waiting for the license disc and KM reading. She again just not send it through.This morning when I phone MySure again, they said they spoke to her last week already saying there is something not clear with the service intervals that she must take up with me. Again I am still waiting for her to communicate with me.Never had I ever experienced such bad service at all levels
Being "forced" when buying a used vehicle to buy warrantee, when it comes to actually claiming, it is an utter useless exercise. I bought the vehicle with 105 000km on the clock with a full service history from agents,. I then continued to service it at the correct service intervals and with the last service, the turbo had given out. As per the claims process, I submitted the fault reports, together with the full service history, the quote as well as the license disc and KM reading. Since submitting the claim a week ago, I havent heard anything since. I then phoned on Friday and the lady forwarded a mail to the claims department with all the required documents. When I phoned now again, I was told that I did not adhere to the service intervals. How is this possible. I send pictures of the actual stamped service book as well as a report directly from Toyota, showing all services were done at the correct service intervals. So after 2 phone calls still nothing is resolved. Don't believe the empty promises when taking out insurance with MySure
I bought a Forerunner 965 less than a year ago. I picked up the the HRM does not pick up my heart rate with high intensity workouts or sprinting interval workouts. I wore my friend's watch and that picked up my heart rate perfectly. I mailed Garmin support and only receive a reply a month after my mail. The reply was "is your problem fixed?". I said no and then still did not receive any communication again. I did however received a mail after that asking to rate my interaction and how satisfied I am . Like what even
I’ve phoned on Thursday to make a booking to have my bike serviced I brought it in Friday morning they said they couldn’t have it done by Saturday but definitely Monday afternoon. Monday they phoned me they said that they are not finished but I will definitely have it on Tuesday. it’s Tuesday today at 5 o’clock I phoned them they haven’t even started with my bike I just fetched my bike here and taking it to cycle lab
Worst check in experience ever at M fest. Any event which is pre load voucher related is horrible
Never signed up anywhere or gave consent to be contacted. To makes matters worse,they spam call you on a Saturday
I have asked them several times to remove me from their spam list. I did the Miway Wally Hayward marathon earlier this year and I explicitly remember that i said i do not want to be contacted. After that I received several spam calls from Miway,where i ask politely to please remove me from your spam list. ( this happened more than once). I was left in peace for some time and now out of the blue,i get daily spam calls from Miway. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST!!!!
After I bought my brand new Toyota (which came with a service plan), I explicitly remember that I said that i do not give consent for my details to be share with anyone and that I, under no circumstances, want phone calls with regards to extra products or services. I just want to purchase my car and be done with. I receive regular phone calls from innovation wanting to sell me service plans for my new car and after asking nicely to take my name of the spam list, as I did not give consent to be contacted, I still get a phone call from innovation on a daily basis. This is so far across the border of harassment, it's not even funny
This is the second time our daughter's tests were done through Toga. It has been more that 24 hours since we visited the doctor and when we phoned now, Toga said that the results might be done by 16:00 today. In the meanwhile, the dr cant describe meds until the results come out. The previous time we ended up in the hospital with my daughter for 5 days, because of the delayed results and could not administer meds as doctors does not want to write a subscription until they know what is wrong
