Unrealiable and unprofessional

Overall this company gets a 0/5 from me. It is a real pity because the sales service is excellent. I must say Brandon is very helpful and knowledgeable and I think he is brilliant!

However as the saying goes, "The chain is only as strong as the weakest link" and Phuteng's after sales service is absolutely shocking.

A man by the name of David was used to do the installation and shortly after making use of the system we indentified that some plugs were tripping which I am told is an issue with a neutral wire being incorrectly wired.

David promised us time and time again over a period of 2 months that he would come to address the issue and just never pitched. David is totally unprofessional and unrealiable and it is for this reason that I will never use this company again.
