Horrible customer service!

hello Peter.

on the 16th November 2023 i wet to picadilly fashion outlet in pretoria-church street to collect my son's lay-bye. i went there around 14:00 , it was quiet empty, the longest que had 4 customers. can you believe i waited 45 minutes just to collect the lay-bye! i was first told that they cant find and what not. that time i had to constantly follow-up.

horrible service! I wont lay-bye anymore!
