hello Peter. on the 16th November 2023 i wet to picadilly fashion outlet in pretoria-church street to collect my son's lay-bye. i went there around 14:00 , it was quiet empty, the longest que had 4 customers. can you believe i waited 45 minutes just to collect the lay-bye! i was first told that they cant find and what not. that time i had to constantly follow-up. horrible service! I wont lay-bye anymore!

My audi center caps were ****** outside Piccadilly fordsburg On the 3 of August Thursday. I reported the next day. I asked them to check the cameras and I was told about a head office. It took them a whole week to tell me that they can't see my car on the camera. Today Friday the 11 August I'm told they didn't see anything it's like my car was never there. The most surprising is the head office that is on the same street as the shop. I'm wondering why it took them a whole week to check their cameras and how is it possible that my car that was parked in front of everyone can't be seen on the cameras that are clealy visible the whole street

On the 3rd of March i bought my daughter a dress for her birthday which was on the 5th of March.. The dress that had a factory fault that I only realized when we arrived at the photo shoot.. Then my daughter had a saddest birthday with a torn dress... Then on the 7th went to shop and explained to them they said i must return the dress which i did, but since then haven't received any call from them regarding the issue since they didn't want to exchange it

Rude senior staff Abraham and Ferana They lack customer service skills they talk rudely to both staff and customers, bought clothes that were torn and dirty on saw them when I got home tried to return them the next day was told no refund they gave me their voucher...I am never ever going to that store again!

Am so disappointed with this RFO so called business. I bought a jacket from them last week Friday and a Jean. On Monday I decided to do an exchange it for another Jean. To my surprise when I was at the store I was told that I won't be able to exchange it. What amused me more was a team leader or floor manager who was so confident that I can even complain to their customer care. Shock of my life I was so amused as this is totally new to me. I asked myself what kind of business principles do they apply? This happened in Wynberg store on Monday.

Am so disappointed with this RFO so called business. I bought a jacket from them last week Friday and a Jean. On Monday I decided to do an exchange it for another Jean. To my surprise when I was at the store I was told that I won't be able to exchange it. What amused me more was a team leader or floor manager who was so confident that I can even complain to their customer care. Shock of my life I was so amused as this is totally new to me. I asked myself what kind of business principles do they apply? This happened in Wynberg store on Monday.

I visited the picadilly lenesia branch and was disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. I took 3 items and headed off to the fitting rooms. When i got there , there was this lady who has no s****s or any business ethics. She was literally screaming at the people in the line to use the fitting rooms signaling us with a hanger in her hand. I felt like an Exxon and she a prison warden. Firstly she was screaming at us we not standing correctly. correctly for her meaning in a tile and not an inch out. I tried to remain cool and collective. She was talking and treating people like she actually doing us a huge favour! It was my turn to use the fitting rooms. She refuse for my daughter to accompany me to the room to give me her opinion of the items i was about to fit. She told my daughter hey you don't u think of going in there, like my daughter is an Exxon. It took me time to calm down but i confronted her and gave her a piece of my mind. Screaming at customers and telling them not to move a inch from the line is just not on! I approach the manager but no apology on his side. Just that he did speak to her about her behavior.

Good day i went to piccadilly in Lenasia to buy for my twins dresses ,i went all over for dresses and finally i found dresses this shop ,what upset is me this ws white dresses we need for their confirmations and the dresses was dirty ,i ask a guy who work there why is the dresses so dirty says that clients have been firting it on .I took the dirty dresses because it was what my twins like at the till i ask the cashier why is the white dresses dirty and customers are not supposed to fit them and ask to speak to the manager the manager was not there ,i ask to speak to second in charge she she there is no -one the cashiers are in charged i told the lady im not happy at all ,im paying full prices for two dirty dresses and i have no choice but to take them cause i need them ,im just very dissappionted in such big outlet and will not go there again never

I was shocked by the treatment of the owner called Zane. I was not met with just attitude which you can brush off and move on. As a woman, I was aggressively pointed on and threatened to be blacklisted from the lay buy system simple because I requested to leave out two items upon settling the lay buy. He shouted at me infront of the whole shop, I ended up cancelling the entire lay buy and asked for a refund from the down payment I had made. I also left the items which I intended to buy while telling him to further blacklist me from entering his shop because he won't ever see me again. I love shopping and I consistently shop there but from today onwards.....goodbye. I don't care if he owns the whole world but he had no right to intimidate me or address me like that! He took advantage of the fact that I was a woman for starters.He might be doing well today as a shop with all the demand that exists but he must remember that he is not doing customers a favour, he needs them just like they need the shop.
