I saw the adverti*****t from oracle Afrika designs that they’re running a November special on their website…I ordered 3 golfers and I was told that they only take 7 to 10 working days to be delivered….as I writing this review every time am just on them as for how far is my order am only getting blue tick ☑️ from November till now no sign of my order being processed….when I explained very well that I didn’t only order for myself it includes people from my church who now believe I took their money due to poor customer service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Am writing this with frustration last month on the 25th I wrote a complaint about OnAir regarding my paid up account and they promised to make a follow up and they will email me the settlement letter but still today haven’t received any communication from them yet they promised to refund me back the money the deducted from my account….honestly am not happy with OnAir…still waiting for the proof that they have removed my details from their system because they cannot keep on taking money from my account…. I don’t want that am done paying them
Untruthful and dishonest….Fully paid up my account but they still taking my money ….last month I wrote a review about onair but still today they still doing the same thing….last month on the 25th they debited my money and told me I have done paying my account…I called them and they confirmed it on their system..on the 21st I called them again and they assured me that they won’t debit anything from account since my account is fully paid up but this morning I woke up to a debit from onair with a same story that it will only reflect on them after 5 working days 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😡😡😡
I took a contract with onair 2023 and last month I called to confirm the end of contract cancellation and the customer care lady told me that am done paying and they should stop debiting from my account to my surprise again this month they still debited from my account,when I called same story again that am done paying for my account and they should stop debating from my account….until when should I keep hearing one thing over and over again….they can’t even send me a proof that am done paying….can onair please stop taking my money
I placed an order online before Easter which I usually collect at Uzzi store randfontein.. I never received any sms from them to collect my order, I personally tracked my order on saw that it was ready for collection and I went to collect it….they never explained to me that I still have an outstanding order when I get home it’s only then that I realised that one parcel is missing…due to my frustration I requested my little sister with the same surname as me to get my package and the refused to help her…I stay at Westonaria and we don’t have any store around this area hence I prefer Uzzi randfontein…. I ordered already it’s not like she’s going to buy on my behalf….😡😡
On the 19th of July 2024 was admitted to Netcare hospital Krugersdorp due to pre term labour….the hospital was not on my medical aid network but my gynaecologist was working hand in hand with Netcare and life Robinson …So life Robinson was full in NICU and due to my pre term labour my newborn was going to be admitted in an ICU…so he suggested we go to Netcare because of emergency.,before my admission I was told to call my medical to weaver a co-payment and they did that…On the 21st while I was still in hospital the doctor had to go for emergency c-section to save my child…when the hospital called my medical aid for authorisation apparently they were advised to admit me again while I was still in hospital..Now the is another co-payment that they claim I need to pay for the second admission of which I was admitted twice without a discharge….Have been speaking to Lindo Tshabalala with regard to this matter but the only response am getting is his sending me to the lawyers…. I requested a phone recording of the person the hospital spoke to from the medical aid who suggested that they must admit me twice and now they are rejecting the co- payment of the second admission….Really need help on this matter
I owe it to Dr Aigbe to thank him for saving my son ,the child that I prayed and asked God for a boy child…..during my pregnancy around my 30th week he found out that the child is a breech with a cord tangled around his neck…it was not just a simple tangle that was easy to de-tangle but it was twice tangled around his neck…he struggled to even take him out during the surgery but through the grace of God he managed…..I remember in theatre he was holding me praying for safe delivery….every day when I look at my son I see a miracle .Thanks to Dr Aigbe…to every woman struggling with their pregnancy please don’t hesitate to visit him he will definitely help you
I bought my daughter a stationary at pnp vaal mall... Only to find we made a mistake of 1 3 quire we took feint and margin instead of the blocks.... When I return it to pnp Westonaria the front line supervisor refused to help us, she said they can't change it if it's not from their store but we do have a proof of purchase.....
On Friday the 13th of October I ordered a pizza from debonairs Westonaria online and paid for it online.... At 18:57 until 21:00 they failed to deliver my pizza.... My kids had to sleep hungry because of unpleasant and unprofessional service I got from them.... I kept on calling the store and the lady by the name of Suzanne with the empty promises that the pizza is out for delivery but never arrived... As soon as I demanded my refund my money was returned in seconds though 😒😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I bought a car around August last year and this morning when I tried to star the car it doesn't want to start... The car is only 6 month and am being told that the battery is dead I must replace a battery..... When I spoke to the manager by the name of Rikus du bryun... He refused to assist me...... I honestly not happy with the service I got from them
