I placed an order online before Easter which I usually collect at Uzzi store randfontein.. I never received any sms from them to collect my order, I personally tracked my order on saw that it was ready for collection and I went to collect it….they never explained to me that I still have an outstanding order when I get home it’s only then that I realised that one parcel is missing…due to my frustration I requested my little sister with the same surname as me to get my package and the refused to help her…I stay at Westonaria and we don’t have any store around this area hence I prefer Uzzi randfontein…. I ordered already it’s not like she’s going to buy on my behalf….😡😡

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with a exchange policy you guys go against I bought a pair of shoes that was priced at R775 and used a R200 discount voucher bringing the price to R575, however the shoe was big and upon arrival the store was closed and asked to come back the next day been a Monday to exchange for the correct size but the people at the store made me pay the full price and removed the discount saying that it will only apply to the shoe been the wrong size the only difference is a size smaller why should I lose my discount just to get the correct size

Good day, I am highly irate I bought something online at Truworths and got it delivered to Uzzi shop in golden ace in Cape Town I got a sms it’s ready for collection today I rushed from work, also note I waited for more then 7 days for the sms I got it on the 8th day which I didn’t have a problem with . Got at the shop told them I have a picture/attached certified ID document on my phone and the sms . The manager demands she wants my physical ID the more I am telling her I don’t travel with my ID to work and I didn’t know that the collection would be today . She just said no she can’t assist with a attitude I asked can it be sent to Mitchell’s plain I’ll get it tomorrow she's no it’s already here but I paid for it and she said no and turned around. What inconsiderate and disgusting behaviour for a manager and customer service. It’s a different case if I knew and that I didn’t even have a single proof of my ID document she could have checked my ID document but No ( that’s the people they have working as managers in retail stores)

I bought sneakers on my Truworths account at Uzzi , I had to exchange the shoes twice , when it broke again , I had to exchange it again however they gave me a stinking attitude and said I can't exchange the shoes , when the POLICY says I have a 3 month Guarantee!!! I am appalled by this service and not acceptable and the most ironic part is It breaks on the same place everytime meaning it's a manufacturing issue not mine!!!

Uzzi Maponya Mall amazing from the manager to the staff never disappoints they are fast, efficient and friendly. Been going there to shop recently and I always leave as a happy customer what a good service I got from Kabelo and his staff Mpumi and Siya. 5/5 stars to this store, I'm impressed.

Uzzi Maponya Mall amazing from the manager to the staff never disappoints they are fast, efficient and friendly. Been going there to shop recently and I always leave as a happy customer what a good service I got from Kabelo and his staff Mpumi and Siya. 5/5 stars to this store, I'm impressed.

Very sad client my fiance bought me a takkie on her account,after only two weeks the takkie starts peeling so I take it back.the treatment I got from the staff at liberty mall I heard the guy say to the lady in zulu it's not our fault so I proceeded and told him I know zulu and I could hear him saying this guy did this to his own takkie I use to love the uzzi brand but now.they told me they need to "evaluate"the takkie as tho it was a car they phone my fiance to tell her there's ntn they can do for me imagine buying a takkie and wearing it for two ✌ weeks and it's already peeling its so heartsore bcoz the customer 🚮 service I was given was so bad I'm still dissapointed bcoz they stuck stickers on my takkie and the leather Came off I'm stuck with a brand new peeling takkie really dissapointed in liberty mall uzzi store you'll should be ashamed of youllselves
