Hello, I am extremely angry. I purchased a new i120 out of the box in February 2025. Last night, I intended to go out, but the car refused to start, and I hadn’t driven it at all throughout the day. Roadside assistance arrived to examine the battery, but it wasn’t the issue. This morning, I needed to wait for a tow truck to pick up the car, causing me to be late for work as the salesperson drove me there. They got the car at 07:40 and contacted me after 10, stating they are fully booked and unable to service/ check my car. They don’t supply me with a vehicle to return home; I have to find a way to commute to work and back while I pay more than 5k monthly for a car. The main office is unable to assist, as well as the branch in bellville . THEY NEED TO KEEP THAT F car

Good day I order an items from bash last week with the amount of R2560. Today the driver came to deliver only 1 item but it says I should have all my items I open it after the driver left it’s not even a item I bought and on the 1 page that is outside the package is my details but in the page that is inside the package is not my details at all. Now bash is offline and I’m stressed because of the money I spent and because it’s gifts and I need it in time for Xmas . Please assist me urgently with this issues Bash order number B11001681-01

Today I followed up on an order I placed on the 2nd December 2024 and then I get a email from you BASH to say you cancelled my order without me cancelling and the dress is in stock. Good day. I am highly irate, since the start of December I order online on bash all my orders add up to over 4k I still have 2 parcels outstanding. All I did was emailed bash to ask how long it will take to get the 2 deliveries cause it’s been more then 7 days , then they decided to refund and cancel my order and it’s gifts for my family which I feel is wrong to just cancel my order and I paid for it I didn’t say cancel it all I wanted to know how long it will take.
I had the most **** experience now with a delivery female , where she needed to come up to 12th floor where I am and she refused to and told me she will only wait for me for 5mins I asked give me 2mins she put the phone down. I went to ground floor she doesn’t greet and she makes me wait until she’s ready to give the card. Then DSV ROAD IS FAR BETTER THEN THIS ****
Good day, I am highly irate I bought something online at Truworths and got it delivered to Uzzi shop in golden ace in Cape Town I got a sms it’s ready for collection today I rushed from work, also note I waited for more then 7 days for the sms I got it on the 8th day which I didn’t have a problem with . Got at the shop told them I have a picture/attached certified ID document on my phone and the sms . The manager demands she wants my physical ID the more I am telling her I don’t travel with my ID to work and I didn’t know that the collection would be today . She just said no she can’t assist with a attitude I asked can it be sent to Mitchell’s plain I’ll get it tomorrow she's no it’s already here but I paid for it and she said no and turned around. What inconsiderate and disgusting behaviour for a manager and customer service. It’s a different case if I knew and that I didn’t even have a single proof of my ID document she could have checked my ID document but No ( that’s the people they have working as managers in retail stores)
Good day, I am writing this review on behalf of my sister. Your service is extremely bad. She emailed you for months no response she called everytime she gets transferred then the call gets dropped. This is unacceptable and she is extremely irate with this. How do you not respond to emails? And how the hell do you gets drop calls from clients?
Good day, I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. They bought a bed 3 months later it became a problem like when you sit or lay on it, it feels broken. My parents called them and even went to the store. They came out to check the bed said they will collect it but it's been 2 months they never came. My parents are extremely high irate and unhappy.
