Good day, I am highly irate I bought something online at Truworths and got it delivered to Uzzi shop in golden ace in Cape Town I got a sms it’s ready for collection today I rushed from work, also note I waited for more then 7 days for the sms I got it on the 8th day which I didn’t have a problem with . Got at the shop told them I have a picture/attached certified ID document on my phone and the sms . The manager demands she wants my physical ID the more I am telling her I don’t travel with my ID to work and I didn’t know that the collection would be today . She just said no she can’t assist with a attitude I asked can it be sent to Mitchell’s plain I’ll get it tomorrow she's no it’s already here but I paid for it and she said no and turned around. What inconsiderate and disgusting behaviour for a manager and customer service. It’s a different case if I knew and that I didn’t even have a single proof of my ID document she could have checked my ID document but No ( that’s the people they have working as managers in retail stores)
