Bought a Hilux from them online, was told the bakkie is in mint condition. It turned out the bakkie was supposed to be written off actually. Problems keep popin up with this vehicle almost 2 years after I bought it. Now joy from their management whatsoever. Still haven't even received a spare key they promised and **** to me about. Won't recomend these guys. Stay far away. Seems like they don't know the quality of cars they buying. Selling ****ty cars and think they sell quality. Lying about the condition of the car to ease their concions . This bakkie is costing me hundreds of thousands of Rands to get rid off.

I bought a car around August last year and this morning when I tried to star the car it doesn't want to start... The car is only 6 month and am being told that the battery is dead I must replace a battery..... When I spoke to the manager by the name of Rikus du bryun... He refused to assist me...... I honestly not happy with the service I got from them

I took my Hyundai i10 to do major service for 90 000 Km on the 22 September 2022. Then I went home for the heritage weekend.Yooh my car was making all sorts of noise mind you I took it there since I knew I will be travelling for a long distance. The following week on Thursday I went to them , I was told after they installed a new fan belt or changed it must be adjusted and they did that just that . I Went home . Following morning same ugly sqiuck sounds. Decided to give more time and traveled the whole week with it like that . I went back I was I told its better in the morning because in the afternoon it's hot and expansion ......just a lot. But they still check on it . Today it still has same sound. I'm worried everyday and don't travel at night or at a distance because something is not rite.* What must I do now !!!!*

I took my Hyundai i10 to do major service for 90 000 Km on the 22 September 2022. Purchased a vehicle in Feb 2022 from this dealership. Vehicle had about R150 000kms on They advised that a 125 point check and lube service was done. During September 2022 the vehicle suffered enigine failure. Brake pads were also replaced by us before the next service was due ( could not do service as engine seized several injectors etc was damaged) It was also discovered that one of the enige mountings does not have rubbers and the air filter was also very dirty!!! The dealership was contacted and they never offered any form of assistance by giving a rental vehicle or asking for the vehicle to be assessed. Once they have the money (more than R250 000) in their bank there is ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!! I would strongly NOT recommend this dealership to anyone........ This was also raised with Ombudsman and to date we have received no joy from anybody. Do we even have consumer rights???

Had another horrible experience with these guys. After being forced to buy a second vehicle from them otherwise they wont take back the first car, i went and bought a 2019 Toyota Hilux Dakar worth R550 000. I was assured this car is in prestige condition and accident free. After receivig this vehicle i noticed spray work that was done, took the car for a dekra inspection only to find out it has hectic accident damage. Even the right beam on the chasis has been welded, a plate was welded underneath the bakkie, there's plates and covers missing, the list goes on. I also noticed the car is supposed to be white but is actually silver. When i took delivery off the vehicle the salesperson was standing next to me and we phoned the manager, i asked about the spray work and he assured me it was just random panels that had scratches on that was re-sprayed. Afterwords i realised the whole vehicle is supposed to be white and was re-sprayed due to accident damage. The bakkie i received is silver all round, the papers it sys the bakkie is white.This after asking numerous times if the vehicle was ever involved in an accident. I went to the Manager and asked if he is willing to take the bakkie back and we call it quits, he then said yes on 1 condition, i have to buy a more expensive vehicle and this time hes trying to force me into buying a new Navara or Isuzu packed with extras that they charging additional. I did not accept his offer, he then said he will fixed the damage on the vehicle, i told them i don't want it fixed as the damage is too big. You can't repair a bakkie thats been welded and poorly welded on top of that as well. Especially if you insisted right from the begining you want a vehicle that's accident free. Im now sitting with a bakkie a can barely afford and that already costed me close to R10 000 to fix just to get around. The manager also made it very clear he's ready to face the ombudsman and will keep an eye on me posting on Hello Peter.Also been told im scrutinizing the dekra reports and im comparing a second hand vehicle with the likes of a brand new or demo vehicle, so the fact that i just paid R550 000 doesn't mean anything to these people because its second hand it can be in **** condition.. The bakkie is currently standing under a tree in my yard, the bonnet cant even close ( I did noticed the bonnet was skew when taking delivery of the vehicle and again was told this is because it was taken of due to some panels that was sprayed due to minor scratch marks and it but all is good). The window on the drivers side makes so much noise it sounds like you driving with a window open if you drive more than 140 kmph. I can barely hear my kids in the car. There's clear spray marks on the rubbers of the door as well indicating poor workmanship. I've been lied to AGAIN by this manager.. I have my dekra reports to proof my findings. If you looking to buy a vehicle from Hyundai Westonaria and you read this comment I surely hope you stop in your tracks and rather look at other dealerships.. These guys should not even be in the motor industry. The fight ahead for me will still be long and hard..

Wish i could give these clowns a 0 rating. They sold a bakkie to me thats not even roadworthy. Spoke to the manager, Vincent van der Westhuizen about my issues and wasnt accomodating at all. I bought a Ford Wildtrack from them and the bakkie is standing in my driveway, too scared to touch it! The bakkie isnt level, geuss the suspension got damaged due to overloading, brakes failed when i did a dekra report (this after they told me they replaced the brakes), doors was resprayd, computer box is broken tottaly. Shocks is faulty. Aircon is faulty..the list goes on and on.. im trying to cancel the sale but this also comes with its own challenges. These people are puting me and my families live in danger and costing me allot of money without blinking an eye. I advise people to not ever buy from this dealerahip as you might end up like me. They a bunch of crooks.

Well I took my car for leakage of oil and mixing water service, Told me the whole Top gasket is messed up then I agreed for. It to be replaced with a new one together with anything else related to the gasket. I paid their amount fully as their quotation. Guess what I got in return??.... The car came back still having the leakage, and having alot of problems than before. There's a lot of noise coming infront and a burning smoke, which I never had a problem like that before. Water. Pipes are full of brown oil, I assume they tampered with some of my parts from the car. I regret taking my car to Hyundai Westonaria 😭😭😭😭
