Purchased a vehicle in Feb 2022 from this dealership. Vehicle had about R150 000kms on They advised that a 125 point check and lube service was done. During September 2022 the vehicle suffered enigine failure. Brake pads were also replaced by us before the next service was due ( could not do service as engine seized several injectors etc was damaged) It was also discovered that one of the enige mountings does not have rubbers and the air filter was also very dirty!!! The dealership was contacted and they never offered any form of assistance by giving a rental vehicle or asking for the vehicle to be assessed. Once they have the money (more than R250 000) in their bank there is ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!! I would strongly NOT recommend this dealership to anyone........ This was also raised with Ombudsman and to date we have received no joy from anybody. Do we even have consumer rights???

I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL AND TELL ALL THAT YOU ARE FRAUDSTERS!!! ATTACHED IS TRANSACTION IN QUESTION. I EXPECT PAYMENT BACK TODAY!!!
