Fairprice can they kindly tell us why as customers we are forced to pay a delivery even if you are 1km away from the store. Like how does it make sense that around Randfontein, whichever where you stay you are being charged R280 for delivery. How does that make sense that you pay your money to the store and wait for a delivery that comes from Germiston warehouse with a compulsory delivery of 280, even if you stay next door to their shop? How is customers fault that they don't have stock within the shop? At what point of calcution do they use to measure the distance and a delivery fee? Every customer is complain about this delivery thing and we are hitting on deaf ears... Is that customer service @FairPrice?
Well I took my car for leakage of oil and mixing water service, Told me the whole Top gasket is messed up then I agreed for. It to be replaced with a new one together with anything else related to the gasket. I paid their amount fully as their quotation. Guess what I got in return??.... The car came back still having the leakage, and having alot of problems than before. There's a lot of noise coming infront and a burning smoke, which I never had a problem like that before. Water. Pipes are full of brown oil, I assume they tampered with some of my parts from the car. I regret taking my car to Hyundai Westonaria 😭😭😭😭
