Virgin active maponya mall soweto was closed due to lease expiring, since this was the only convenient gym for me I obviously had to cancel my membership, now I have been bothered and being called by the rude sales people telling me that I owe the membership as I signed up a contract whilst they had thier lease canceled before mh contract could end...
I cashsend my self money as I didn't have my bank card, just after I put in my C number and pin at the spark ATM then boom loadshedding, which lasted for less than 10minutes tried at the same spark to try punch in C number and pin again but was notified invalid transaction, called the helpline number to try report the incident was told the money shows as it was withdrawed...which I never got! This is not the first time this thing happens! I need my money back as these spark atms have a lot of faulty! Ref number I got was 94562496
Bad service, lack of staff, lack of knowledge, rude nurses, zero covid regulations followed, dirty hospital! Inspectors need to be sent to this hospital
Rude senior staff Abraham and Ferana They lack customer service skills they talk rudely to both staff and customers, bought clothes that were torn and dirty on saw them when I got home tried to return them the next day was told no refund they gave me their voucher...I am never ever going to that store again!
I called Standard bank home insurance to log in a call as the ceilings at my house were falling, the contractors came to view the falling ceilings and took necessary pictures, a week later i called the bank again following up on the query, though no one seemed to know given the claim number and repeatedly telling the story to the rude/unhelpful consultants. I gave up and ended up going to the head office myself in JHB CBD, I was still given the run around by a consultant named Felicia - then was told that the bank will not be able to come fix the falling ceilings as according to the contractors the ceiling were incorrectly installed, not sure why as the house was invigilated by the bank in order for the house insurance to be approved. Its been 3weeks now still stuck will falling ceilings and a dirty house! I need this to be fixed as soon as 2weeks ago already
Since beginning of the year putco has been lacking to provide good service, I am a Soweto commuter who depends on putco to take me to and from work on an everyday basis...i usually take a bus to sandton/sunninghill for the whole of Jan 2016 i have been issued warnings at work as buses are never coming in out of 5 buses only 1 would come in and chances are that bus is full, drivers never know what happened to their buses. putco buses need maintenance always stuck on the road...if its not this its that...putco needs to pull up their socks as the whole of soweto depends on them
It's end of the month end yet there's only 3 tellers working at the 10 item queue...I mean really you ask for the manager no one seems to be bothered
I had applied for an Edu care course early May this year, by then the course was still available as I had completed the application. I then received an sms 22 june 2015 advising me that they are still processing my app they will let me know if I qualify or not. I have been calling an no one seems to know what's happening with my application instead I get told I should apply for next year, head office could not assist the lady I spoke to Zandile had told me to go to the campus in Roodeport myself. By now I should have started with the course and not wait for next year. If admin was done properly I wouldn't be so fed up and stilll waiting. No one knows anything
