Cash only

This review is specifically for the Pick n pay in Fraaiuitsig, Mossel Bay.

Whenever we happen to shop here (not by choice), and we want to pay by card then it declines and one is forced to pay cash. This happens over and over again to so many clients and they are then forced to go and draw cash outside. Now I don't know if this is on purpose so that the store has cash to avoid fees however the staff are aware of what's going on and when one requests to speak to the manager, she is extremely unprofessional about the matter.

The cashiers have mentioned that they have spoken to various people in the pick n pay system and nothing gets done.

With covid not everyone carries cash. There is not a signal problem there either.
