Missing Items

I had a very disappointing experience with Pickfords during my move from Johannesburg to Cape Town.

A box containing important personal items was misplaced during the move, and since then I have been taken from pillar to post with little to no meaningful assistance or accountability. Communication has been poor, follow-ups have gone unanswered, and there has been no clear ownership of the issue.

For a company that positions itself as a professional removal service, the lack of care, transparency, and customer support has been extremely frustrating. Moving is already a stressful process, and this experience added unnecessary anxiety and inconvenience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pickfords to anyone looking for a reliable or customer-focused removal company.
