Package not delivered.

I placed an order with Amazon which was supposed to be delivered between 12-3 on Saturday 10/01/2026. Today is the 12/01/2026 and I have still not received my parcel. Picup whatapp notifications on Saturday showed the driver (Donat Tshonda) was on his way at 15:09. When I used the Track Delivery option it showed he was 23kms away. At 15:16 Driver was unable to deliver Amazon Package, then immediately after that at 15:16 again Donat Tshona arrived with your Amazon Package! Please meet your driver.

When I called the driver after 4pm he said my package was returned and was extremely rude. Apparently they will deliver it sometime.

I have called their call centre and still haven't received any feedback on the status of my delivery.

Amazon should use more reliable delivery service as it advertises a delivery option that does not get fulfilled.
