Poor service and communication
Do not use them. No customer service and do not deliver on time. Asked for a refund as I ended having to get my medication from a local pharmacy. I have been waiting for nearly a month with no communication. Very unprofessional.

Poor service and communication
Do not use them. No customer service and do not deliver on time. Asked for a refund as I ended having to get my medication from a local pharmacy. I have been waiting for nearly a month with no communication. Very unprofessional.

Got my order!
I ordered my medication the Monday night and got it delivered the next afternoon. I also got feedback on email and whatsapp whenever I had any questions. Great service, not sure what happended with the other reviewers on here, but they really helped me

Pillsquad attrocious service
If I could I would give 0 stars Ordered from pillsquad my URGENT medication 2 weeks ago. Have not received my order yet, followed up twice via email with no response and their ONLY contact number goes straight to voicemail. The worst service for something so important. I wouldn’t recommend using them for time sensitive deliveries
