Appointment system not canceling
Netcare’s appointment system is a mess, I set up an appointment almost more than a month ago with Dr Coleman the gynecologist, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel, I have been trying to cancel for over a month, Dr Coleman’s rooms are not picking up the calls, I tried going back to appointments and they couldn’t help me as they advised that they also can’t get through to him but were able to book, I was advised that they also Dr will bill for the visit even if I’m not there should I not cancel, the rooms number is 011 742 3514 and my reference number is 13-970… I called a number of times as my appointment is on the 4th of June and I’m still not getting help

Rain is a ****
I’ve been with rain for over 2 years and I wanted to cancel my membership for the past 2 months I’ve had a call from Veronica and other agents assuring me that it has been cancelled I got various reference numbers that it was sent for cancellation yet I am being billed every month and now owe a huge amount, the agents even have an attitude. This is really ****ming people because when I got the network sim I paid in advance… as to why I am still getting billed and they are not canceling this beats me… I am not even using the stupid Wi-Fi it never connects anywhere anyways

Blood dotation
The reception was great but the stuff checking the Iron level was very rude.the stuff taking the blood was very great but one of the stuff kept on pressing on the needles making it hurt and he was not even the one attending to me...some stuff make the donation unpleasant...Richmond Auckland Park sanbs

If I could give a negative rating I would...the delivery stuff is full of ****, very rude and ***ist..I ordered a washing machine and on the day of the delivery they just wanted to leave it at the gate and advised that I am a woman and should carry the washing machine on my head..please teach your stuff to be professional...their behavior is disgusting
