PINES RESORT CHEATING VISITORS WITH REFUNDS

I had purchased 4 tickets for my family for the 20th of April 2025

To our amazement we got there very early at 10:00 and found the gates closed, NO ONE IN SIGHT, THEIR TELEPHONES NOT WORKING. We got communication the following day saying THE DAY WAS CLOSED AND NO FURTHER REASON WAS PROVIDED. And now the webticket website says the tickets have expired. R500 rand in these economic times might not be much to some people like the owners but the normal public is feeling the brunt. Imagine the disappointment in my children's faces, and unconsolable. I WANT MY REFUND.
